About the venue
Fjörukráin at the Viking Village in Hafnarfjörður has several banquet halls in a historic setting, with carved woodwork, candlelight and a Viking atmosphere. They suit staff parties, weddings, birthdays, Christmas buffets, Þorrablót and company events. Fjaran seats about 35 on the ground floor and 18 in the adjoining room upstairs, in a building from 1841. Freyjuhof seats about 66 for dinner, with a carved bar, and up to 186 together with the upper floor. Tunnan on the second floor takes 80 to 90 guests. The Fjörukráin ground floor seats up to 122. Catering is always included, and live music can be arranged with the meal.
